Significant progress has been made with the majority of affected customers now successfully reconnected. Our technical team will conduct further checks at the affected network connection points, followed by house-to-house investigations to identify and address any outstanding faults affecting the remaining customers.

As part of these investigations, our technicians may require access to affected properties to conduct the necessary checks and repairs. We kindly request that customers grant our technicians access where required to assist with the restoration process.
